Yeah i have no idea why this thread is further devolving into sweeping generalizations of particular nationalities, when this is not universal across the board. Also weren’t some of you having full blown arguments about Indian generalizations just a few pages ago??!

I don't think anyone insulted anyone here or painted any one in a bad picture .Most of the thing listed here are pretty positive.

Noone said each and every 1.6 billion Chinese is bad or good but how are Chinese in general, when people see me first they as me questions like do I eat beef,curry,am I working in it sector,do we do arranged marriage, those are what an average Indian does in US ,I just take it as people being curious .

Few pages ago I was pissed off not because of generalizations but someone listed my name along with other 2 in this group telling that we are Assholes and we are behaving like this(telling ircc telling refugees as excuse is bs-even now I standby my word) because we are Indians there is a difference there ,coincidently we are Indians.That had nothing to do with being an Indian, I am genuinely frustrated because ircc took my application fee and using my resources for others not because of culture. I can't comment on others I am not a big fan of many things in Indian culture, if I was I wouldn't have left india and took this much crap for a PR.

Time vs. money you choose. The wait can continue forever. It doesn't make sense to me that 2019 people keep on waiting. IMO each of them should file Mandamus if they can afford it.

How much (range or approximate) does it cost though? 5k$? 10k$? Assuming IRCC won't fight it.

This attitude is quite common among the H1B Indians. Some of them are the most entitled snobs that you will ever find on the planet. They play victim and cry racism when it comes to the US immigration system but are okay with making generalisations about other nationalities. The worst part about this entitlement is that they believe that Canada, a completely different country to the US, owes them permanent residency just because they work in the US. They believe that getting a H1B visa puts them on a higher plane of existence and that their applications should be processed over people fleeing war and death.

Why would anyone want such disgusting attitudes in Canada? To all H1Bs, you guys should realise that no one in Canada gives a rat's a** about your applications. There are hundreds of thousands who will take your place. Those who are directly applying from third world countries like India, China etc. Keep your disgusting attitudes in the US where they belong.

Thanks, I'm actually in a situation right now, the earliest that I can get a Medical is Feb 2, which is beyond the 30 day limit. How do I inform IRCC about this? - any ideas, anyone?

Well the best way is to send a webform. They are also taking calls now, so you can inform them like that as well.

I did order GCMS, but the security part was blank. Apart from security, it was all passed from way back December 2020. The embassy called me giving a heads up that everything was fine, but medicals were expired. Unfortunately I didn't ask about the 30 day limit because the last time I did the medical I only waited for a few weeks, now after checking the clinics I'm surprised I have to wait for more than a month. I hope all goes well from here.

~$10k, ask around and get multiple quotes from different law firms.
