OINP - Additional Document Request but no information on which document

Hello Everyone,
My OINP application moved to assessment yesterday but there is a red alert icon and according to the instructions if there is a red alert icon beside your file number, the OINP requires additional documentation.

But the thing is, when I click on the red icon, I don't see any additional documents that they are requesting, although there is a request date(yesterday) and due date(today) and when I click on show more button , it is mentioned that my application is complete and no action required from my end and there is upload button too but what do I upload here?

I am worried because if no additional documents are required, there should have been a blue icon but there isn't and the due date is today and I have no idea what to do.
Can someone please help

This is a regular message from oinp to confirm that your application documents are okay. You should not worry about further documents. The red icon will disappear in few days.
