Thank you very much! I remember all those CSQ updates and then a never ending wait for AoR in the federal process. It was a long and worrisome journey.

I have never requested GCMS notes, but I know they may take a while to be issued. Requesting notes will not speed up the process, but at least it would give you an idea of what's been done so far in your application. Try calling them again, another agent may provide you more info.

Hi guys, I know this thread is for the process after CSQ, but if anyone could help me I would appreciate it, or point me to a better thread. I have made my declaration of interest in the Arrima portal some time ago, and today I found out that they held a draw for a group of NOCs that included mine (2131) with the lowest score invited of 633. I haven't received any messages, but the draw happened on the 9th, however the information of it was released only yesterday. I assume I didn't get it since I didn't receive any messages in the portal, however my score is 635 according to the official measuring tool in their website, but looking inside of Arrima I cannot find anywhere saying my score (as in the Express Entry website is quite clear the value) to confirm if it actually is 635. If it actually is this value, is there a way I wasn't invited even if the lowest invited score was lower than mine, any group that could've been invited with lower scores than mine and I am missing something? Thank you in advance.

Good morning everybody,

I want to ask what does it mean "Decision Made" in the ECAS?
A decision is already made at this point. If your application is approved, they will send you your permanent resident documentation and a letter saying what they need to finalize your permanent residence. Hopefully PPR on its way.

Anyone who got their portal 2 or ecopr on the week Nov 21 receive your PR Card?

If yes, how long does it take? What's the status shown in portal before receiving the card?

I'm asking this because that it's been almost 1 month but in my portal it still shows "In review with IRCC". I have linked my application on cic.gc.ca website but nothing there for now. Will they notify you when the card ships?

I am quite lucky to get decision made with timeline almost 12 months from application sent to the final decision. Now I am waiting for my COPR and I can end this long nightmare.

If I may ask, where did you see that on ECAS exactly? This means a decision has been made on your application. Congrats! :)
Open this ECAS page: Client Application Status (cic.gc.ca) . Just input your Identification type, number, name, DOB and place of birth. Click continue button & scroll down then we can see either `Application received`, `in process`, `Decision made` & `Approved` status update under `Permanent Residence Application Status` next to Applicant name in ECAS.

I am familiar with the process and I was just wondering where exactly you see that on that page. Mine has been saying 'In process' for quite a while now. Thank you for your detailed response.
