That ‘in process’ will change to ‘Decision made’. Last year mine changed to ‘decision made’ then i received PPR . This time I received PPR then it changed to ‘decision made’.

Just got my email for eCoPR, finally officially became a permanent resident of Canada !!! They are still working right now I guess. I updated my timeline, hope that it can help someone in here still waiting.
I'm Inland applicant, it's already 16th month for me and Still waiting for PR.
It's depend on VO and luck.
I have just got a DM. Its been like 35 months… Outland applicant Feb 2019.
