Spousal sponsorship

Hi,
Can someone please advise me on the spousal sponsership based on my Visa status in Canada? We are super frustrated with the process and lack of transparency on status updates. I am losing patience and wish to see her in Canada.
1. I am in Canada on closed work permit.
2. My spouse is in outland. We have applied for her Open Work Permit. Timeline of the application:

• Dec 20, 2020: Acknowledgement of application
• April 15, 2021: Medical passed
• Since then, the application is stuck on background check

3. I applied for PR along with my spouse. Timeline:

• July 28, 2021: AOR
• October 6, 2021: Medical passed
• Dec 10, 2021: Spouse gave another medical exam as old one expired

I am visiting my country in May 2022, and want to return back with her. But the way both Open Work Permit and PR applications are being delayed, I am skeptical if we would be able to do it. What should we do? Can we apply for her Visitor Visa? Any other suggestion is very appreciated.

Buenos días, enviamos la solicitud para patrocinio familia el 24 de noviembre, y hasta el momento no hemos recibido el acuso de recibido AOR, en la pag del gobierno de Canada dice que están procesando las solicitudes de enero y febrero del 2020 eso quiere decir que estan atrazados con un año de revisión de solicitudes, es decir las soclicitudes que llegaron el el 2021 seran revisadas a finales del 2020 ?????? los tiempos ya no es un año sino 2 años me confirmas por favor

No, no son dos años. Lo que estás viendo ahí es el tiempo máximo. El promedio sigue siendo de 12 meses, y muchas personas terminan en menos de 12. Tal vez obtendrá AOR en algún momento de febrero.

Either French or English is fine, they're both official languages.

1 april 2021 Quebec selection form came out and send to Ankara
15 November 2021 medical request
18 November 2021 medical pass

We are still waiting, i already contact the MP but nothing.
