Hey.... Just email them on the email from which you got portal details. It really worked for me as well as several people in this thread.
I sent the email about an hour ago , and they just replied to me.

I would say that the response was surprisingly fast.

But they said that my PRCard is in the queue for processing, the photos are still waiting for review, and there is no more information to provide.

My medical will expire on end of February, 2022. I've received portal credentials and waiting for eCOPR.
Do I need to redo my medicals if eCOPR not received before end of February? Someone please clarify. Thanks.

Congratulations, the speed of dreams!

For me, the eCoPR was awarded on December 1 and so far no news about the PR Card.

It still shows as "Submitted" in Gckey and "In review with IRCC" in Permanent Residence Portal.
Thank you! I think it was only because I requested urgent processing - I'm travelling this week due to a serious illness of a family member. I was really shocked that they actually did something about it since my experience with IRCC so far has been filled with delays (for context I applied for EE in March 2020 and received confirmation of PR in Dec 2021 lol).

Just doctor's notes and hospital treatment summaries. I also attached discharge summary of a recent surgery that was done. Did not prepare anything new for this. Just submitted what I already had.

Hi @legalfalcon @legalfalconindia

I have applied CEC Express entry as SPOUSE NOT ACCOMPANYING and I have received an email today asking to submit details to receive portal credentials , However , it is mentioned that
"
You and every dependant included in your application need to be in Canada to use
the portal. If you or one of your dependants currently live outside Canada, let us

know by replying to this message: IRCC.ClientPortal-

PortailClient.IRCC@cic.gc.ca.
"
At this point , I have applied CEC Express entry as SPOUSE NOT ACCOMPANYING and my Spouse is in INDIA and is not a resident of CANADA , My spouse does not have a valid VISA to travel to CANADA .I am the primary applicant .

Can you suggest what can i respond to IRCC ? Will this create an issue for me ? Please respond .Thanks in advance

Hi Everyone,

I received my portal credentials on October 1st and received my ECOPR October 2nd. I was told my address is wrong:
I had it as : (123 W SomeAddress St) but I changed it to (123 SomeAddress St W) which is how it showed in the Canada post website.
So I'm assuming the "West" placement was wrong.

However ever since it's been radio Silence, I received my ECOPR on October 2nd and both my address and picture say In Review. I've had multiple attempts to contact them through the webform but haven't gotten any reply. I won't be able to visit family this Christmas because I'm waiting for it.

What can I do other than wait in limbo without knowing when this nightmare will ever end ? Seems that most people are getting their PR in the first month. (I got my PR through the Express entry program)

Regards,
IF you are the only individual who applied for immigration, since your family is non-accompanying, and if you are in Canada, you can send a reply and you will be issued the portal credentials.
