OWP to Closed Work permit

Hi,
My employer is willing to convert my open work permit to closed work permit .
Is it LMIA based offer ? Can I claim the 50 crs point for this offer ?
I know intra company transfer cannot claim the 50crs points for lmia until the candidate complete 1 year in Canada.
Is it applicable for owp to closed work permit transfer as well ?

Yes, you can claim 50 points if your employer gets an approved LMIA.
