You can order GCMS notes but:
  • Why did you want to come to Canada? Essential or non essential.
  • Do you have travel history to UK, US, NZ or Australia? Do you have any refusals? If so did you include it.
  • Do you live in your country of citizenship? If not, what are your ties to your home country - job, money, property, family etc.

#i want to come to CANADA, because i met someone and i want to pursue my relationship with him, but am planning to go back to UAE anyway because this is where my work is currently.
#no I don't have a travel history except for UAE and TURKEY and i mentioned those already.
# no i don't live in my country of citizenship, but my family live there and already mentioned this in my family information application, and i do have a bank account there, so should I mention it or no ?

So many questions. Unfortunately, You have a weak profile as you don't have travel history, you don't live in your country of citizenship and you didn't provide funds. Did you say that you were coming to Canada to meet someone? If so, that is a red flag that you will not leave Canada. Can't you meet in the UAE or another country? How old are you? If over 22, then you are an independent so your parents are not a tie. What is your status in UAE? How long was your visit? You need to show your bank accounts and show you can afford to visit Canada. You need an employment letter stating that you can come to Canada and have a job when you return with work authorization.

yes i said that am coming to meet him in CANADA and he provided his data ( his full name, address, and a statement that I will be staying with him during my entire visit time and his phone number just in case they wanted to contact him )
am 29 years old and work as a nurse in UAE, and my visit was going to a month and i already got a letter from my work place says that they know i will be travelling to CANADA for a month with is my annual leave period and i will be returning to work after i finish my annual leave. and i already provided them my bank statement which was not an issue with them as i have more than enough for my trip for a month

The purpose of visit refusal reason means that IRCC has concerns you may have plans to stay in Canada long term. This also means that you need to strengthen your ties to your home country / contry of residency before you reapply.

- Did you provide proof of employment and a leave letter when you applied last time? If not, include that information this time.
- Yes, you should absolutely show your bank statement / savings. IRCC wants to see that the applicant has enough funds to pay for their trip and stay.
- Can you show property ownership?
- Any other assets / ties?

If you mentioned in your first application that you are coming to Canada to pursue a relationship with someone then I think it's going to be quite challenging to get an approval.

It'll be hard for you to get a visa if you mentioned that your purpose of your visit is to meet your bf/gf/friend. That's ultimate red flag. You should apply and state that you wanted to visit Canada for tourism purpose. Provide financial proof like COE with compensation, bank certificate, bank statement(5-6 months), credit card copies and SOA.

yes i did attach it when i applied
i did show my bank statement and it wasn't the issue with them
i live in a sharing apartment and the contract is not under my name, and i don't have anything under my name here unfortunately.
i don't have anything other than that i think adding my unlimited work contract with the hospital i work for (do you think it's a plus to my visa )

You can try along with your work permit. The biggest issue is that you have now stated (and given his personal information) that you want to go to Canada to pursue a relationship. That is a big, red flag. VOs will be concerned that you will not leave and get married or start living together. Also you don’t live in your country of citizenship. You don’t have travel history to visa countries so that is an issue that you can’t address. Showing additional information may not make a difference. You may want to consider meeting him in another country to pursue the relationship and not Canada.

what if i tried to apply for the permanent visa instead, will that work ?
You mean immigrant visa? You and your bf would need to be married or have at least a year common law relationship in order to be eligible to apply. And your bf must already be a PR or citizen. You cannot apply directly and your bf (if he is PR or citizen) must sponsor you first. The process might take up to a year.

So you do want to stay in Canada permanently and not just visit? Then you would look at immigrating on your merits through Express Entry or he sponsors you (if citizen or PR) once you are married or common law.

First, you should meet in another country that you can both visit to spend time with one another.
