@legalfalcon do I have to inform ircc that I have taken an internal movement within the same company which have resulted in change of my NOC? I am fsw-o and already have more than 3 years of experience in the NOC for which i have claimed my points.

IF you have submitted your application and the contact details of you company are the same, it is not required.

No movement in application since 10 months. No Ghost update absolute silence. Also our medical has also expired.
Any idea when will they pick up processing 2021 application?

There are applicants from 2018 and 2019 that are still waiting. If your AoR is 2021, you have not even exceeded the normal processing times. .

Thank you for your help to everyone in this forum. I've been trying to get confirmation on this as my situation is somewhat unique but I am still confused, maybe you can help.

I just got PR about a month ago through CEC while living in Montreal. I have my PR card already. I expressed an intent to move out but my employer gave me a raise/promotion this past week so now I am wondering how long I can stay/what happens.

From what I've been reading in your posts, PR has mobility rights no matter how we got it (except PNP). But I just want to make sure...

Will I have trouble when renewing my PR card in 5 years if I don't leave immediately?
Can I apply for SIN and RAMQ while I'm still here? Will I be able to get RAMQ without CSQ?

If you have received a PR status, you can reside and live in any part of Canada including QC.

That move is so abrupt as we have many things to sort out. However, we do not want to miss this opportunity. What would you suggest we do? I was hoping our medicals would be extended.

Additionally, we have a Canadian born son who we were planning to leave behind with our family until we find a job and settle down. Would this be problematic at immigration? I mean would the border agent ask us why we did not bring our son with us if we are planning to live there permanently?

I need your suggestions, below is the issue I am facing and not sure what step I have to take next. Please help!!

Applied for AIPP PR in June 2020
Received AOR in February 2021
Received ADR (biometrics, employment letter & schedule A) in March 2021 (which will be the last step in approving PR)
Got married in 1st week of April 2021 and informed ircc
Submitted my ADR in 2nd week of April 2021
After 2 days Received a request letter from IRCC Halifax to submit my spouse documents for add-on
In May 2nd week I have submitted my spouse documents including forms, payment, pcc and medical to the same ircc halifax email also got immediate acknowledgement.
After that no response, raised many webforms, calls everytime they mentioned received all my spouse documents will let you know if anything is required.

but all of sudden I have received my eCOPR on 20 August 2021 but my spouse name was never added to my application nor COPR.

In October I have ordered gcms notes and its mentioned "new spouse documents received, recommend pass officer ready " (12 may 2021),status: "open"
Then on may 18 2021 its mentioned " Location: OVS DEP", status: "open"
Then next notes was on August 18 2021 " Location: finalized, status: open
20 August 2021 Location: Registry, status: Retired

Raised multiple webforms, calls and contacted MP but they are not providing proper update. They are asking me to wait till Halifax office responds. Also received a reply last month saying "your file is being looked into by our management team and someone will be in touch with you when it is resolved"

Losing hope day by day not sure when they are going to respond. Can I expect some positive news? I don't understand how can they approve my application as a single even though they received my spouse documents.

Your suggestions are really appreciated.
