Is there anyone who has done a judicial review from Warsaw visa office? What was it like? Did you get approved eventually? And how long did it take?

You probably are aware but a JR is through the Canadian Federal Court not an office. Assume you have Canadian lawyers working on your case stating how you received refusal through an error in not following IRCC laws and regulations. Check Federal Courts for processing as times have changed due to Covid so may be up to 6 months. Also the JR will not give you a study permit. If you “win” your case, then it will be reviewed again and can still be refused.

Cant’ comment whether there was an error in law/regulations because don’t know your profile, but make sure your lawyer specializes in Canadian immigration so can dissect your reasons for refusal against IRCC laws. Good luck.

Thanks for your reply. There was an unfair error in law and fact cos the VO obviously ignored evidence. I was refused based on limited ties in canada and my imigration lawyer is well experienced. I'm sure I'll come out successful.

I've been waiting for my GCMS note till now, haven't proceeded with it cos of d delay

I received notes for first application in 47 days and second application in 40 days while 3rd application notes already available in second GCMS notes. Abu dhabi office. All applied from Dubai

Correct, my lawyer said the same thing, that they are obliged to send the notes, so dont wait for the gcms notes to begin the JR review. my case is a error from them, they have cited the reason which is untrue that i contravened my conditions of my last visit in Canada, i never visited Canada previously, i have raised a webform asking for reconsideration., if i dont hear back then i am going surely for JR. if anyone can suggest a good law firm would be good from your experience!!

I all did myself for judicial review without any lawyer. Previously i have good exp for Uk where i got settlement after 2 refusals and reconsiderations. I used uk experience and i did good. Let see what ircc lawyer give in response in 30 days...
