Its not like that. I studied arround 100 cases for judicial review. I can say the average success is 30 to 40 percent even may less. Lawyers are not guarantee for successful JR because they dont spend much time on our cases. Hi everyone! I just want to update about my JR last April 13th under H&C.positive for me the judge sent my application to a new officer for redetermination. My lawyer is asking me to provide additional supporting documents for the negative decision of the first officer.Its not like that. I studied arround 100 cases for judicial review.
