Inland PNP applicants - No movement in application.

The worst hit PNPs are those who were punished by Etobicoke Visa office. Keeping all the unwanted workload for over they year then when they realized that they have too much to handle, It got dumped in Halifax VO which is worse that Etobicoke. They are now keeping the unwanted workload, as they know now many gave up and others somehow managed to enter CEC and got PR in just two months which makes IRCC look like a joke. Now those who are still hanging on with hopes I believe will eventually give up one day (either lose their PNP nomination, job loss, emotional breakdown, apply into new stream etc.) which is what these offices want now to happen with their backlogs to get rid of the unwanted workload.

Hi everyone, I want to say thank you all for your continuous support and especially @upon, and I hope you all have the golden email today or soon. Surprisingly, I just received my first Portal Email this morning (Dec 13, 2021).

Our whole waiting time is 411 days after AOR. The primary VO is Vancouver and the Secondary is Etobicoke (not 100% sure as my last GCMS note was received in August). See below for my full story:

1. AOR: Oct 28, 2020. I applied for EEPNP with FSW eligibility.​
2. R10, first medical and biometric were done in Dec 2020 within the usual processing time.​
3. After then, it became silent until June 2021. Around mid of June, my files were transferred to Vancouver VO. The primary VO then changed from Etobicoke initially to Vancouver, and Etobicoke was then the Secondary VO instead of CIO as before. During this period, I requested our local MP to send the expediting letter which didn't help. I started ordering the GCMS notes once a month, from June to August. All three copies showed the same thing: Eligibility and Security are Not Started, Criminal and Info Sharing are in process, and only R10 was done in Dec 2020.
4. Then is another four hopeless months, as I didn't see any update from my IRCC account and their agents were refused to give us any information by COVID and Afghanistan issues.
5. Oct 27, 2021: I saw an update in my account but then I noticed that it was for my expired medical exam. The med showed "No Need".
6. Nov 22, 2021: I suddenly received a Procedural Fairness letter that questioned my eligibility for the FSW program. They gave me 7 days to send back my proofs. I uploaded a new formatted employment letter and a full bunch of proofs (paystubs, bank statements etc.) on Sunday, Nov. 28
7. Nov 25, 2021: I saw another update in my account which showed my medical was passed again.
8. Nov 29, 2021: Another bad news came. They questioned my relationship with my wife as we married just 20 days before the AOR. It was given for another 7 days. We each wrote full love stories for that relationship questionnaire and provided lots of proof such as photos, chat logs, mortgage agreement, insurance etc. The document was submitted on Dec 4 (Saturday), and the ADR showed "The additional document you provided have been uploaded."
9. Dec 11, 2021 (Saturday): There was the first real Ghost Update I received. Nothing changed in my account, and ADR still showed the same thing. We were still worried a lot since we didn't know if the two documents we provided worked. I also searched that the GU could mean files transferring again so IRCC could delay it for complicated application reason.
10. Dec 13, 2021 morning: The first portal email came.

The story is still in processing as we are still waiting for the ECOPR. But finally, I could focus on my work and have some good sleep. Best wishes to all of you!

Guys next time when they blame COVID for delays in processing EE PNPs show these tables. They are just making it up. Look at the comparison EE PNP vs EE CEC. It is just insane. They have no moral to use COVID as an excuse. They processed a record number of CEC in the last 10 months. This is no joke! IRCC processed in the last 10 months 107,405 PRs under CEC which is more PRs than the last 3 years combined!!! On one hand, this is a good thing that they can find capacity if they really want to. Unfortunately, for now, we PNPs are just intentionally left out! We have to find ways to say that PNP LIVES MATTER!!! :)
