There is no sequence to send letters.
I got eligibility passed October 20 and pre-arrival letter October 21!!

Need some help here:
My PR application was approved and decision was made on Oct 8th. Then I received a Portal invitation while outside Canada and then was able to declare in Canada and upload photos on Nov 25th when I arrived in Canada. I still haven't received my eCoPR and my ecas status went back from decision made to in process. Also 20 hours before arriving in Canada, a new family information and schedule A forms were requested. Any idea what's going on and how much delay could this add? Can they actually request new forms after the application has been approved?

Bon matin. Ma famille à l'étranger ont reçu un appel du bureau de visa de Dakar leur disant que leurs visas sont disponibles, et leur ensuite a demandé s'ils avaient déjà leur CSQ. Est ce que c'est normal ? Ircc m'avait dit qu'il avait fait une demande de csq pour eux. Je ne comprends plus rien.
