Hi @legalfalcon! Is this true even for FSW Inlands? I am employed but my employment did not give me points on my CRS and I do not have an LMIA.
Same here, I had just indicated in my background history that I was employed at that company.

But I didn’t use it in my work history for CRS points since I got hired a few days before submitting my application (you need 1 year of employment for it to grant points).

Not sure that should matter here, though. The point of the PoF is to prove you can sustain yourself in Canada. Nothing to do with CRS point in my opinion.

Hi everyone,
I have a query related to my profile. I was recently given an ADR request (proof of funds). I’ve already submitted that information and it had been acknowledged on IRCC’s end. My progress bar initially showed - “the additional documents provided by you have been uploaded”

I randomly checked my account to see that there was an update to my application. Now under review of additional documents, it says - Not applicable

Thoughts on this, anyone?
Hello again, everyone
Wanted to address my own query with the update that minutes after the status changed, I received the Portal Email.

Timeline:
AOR : December 2020
1st Medical Update : January 2021
Ordered GCMS notes in October, received them within a month
2nd Medical Update: November 2021, saying I passed them again.
ADR: Late November 2021
Information submitted within a week in November 2021
Portal email : December 2021 (today)

thank you for helping me keep my wits together, and also for all the responses I have received on my queries. Good luck to you all!

No, I did not apply for GCMS notes till late last month. Haven't received them. If there's any other way to figure it out, let me know and I'll dig it out for you.
Thank you. I don't know a way other than the GCMS note to know the main VO.

I think you might be able to identify from which VO the Portal Email came by the email address (but I'm not sure because I never got one of those .lol.)

Hi There, I received ADR request on Nov 22nd, submitted it the same day. The status I currently see in my profile is "the additional documents have been uploaded", I was wondering if it should change to "under review" does anyone know?

Hi @legalfalcon! Is this true even for FSW Inlands? I am employed but my employment did not give me points on my CRS and I do not have an LMIA.

For PoF, irrespective of which program you applied under, if you are authorized to work in Canada and have a valid job offer or job, you are exempt from PoF.

Who does not need proof of funds
You don’t need to show that you have enough money to support yourself and your family if

  • you’re applying under the Canadian Experience Class or
  • you’re authorized to work in Canada and you have a valid job offer, even if you apply under the Federal Skilled Worker Program or the Federal Skilled Trades Program
Keep your funds up to date in your profile. The system may find that you’re eligible for more than 1 program. You don’t always know ahead of time which program you’ll be invited under.
