Ontario has surpassed its nomination quota on Nov 10. However in the Ontario group we continue to see people getting nominated. But now since PNP is also stopped there’s no hurry in getting nominations, what a relief
remember, EOI is not the same as nomination.... I don't know about the rejection rate in OINP.

Good morning house, I am new here and have some concerns. My application was rejected in November 2020 and I filed for a judicial review. In March 2021 ircc through its counsel opted for an out of court settlement to which we obliged. My application was reopened on the 30th October 2021 and ircc lawyer assured us that the applicationis actively being processedsince July 2021. My concern is I requested for gcms notes in Sept and got it yesterday but nothing was mentioned on the activities on my file not even that the application has now been opened. Wouldn't know y this is so. My vo is accra. Are they deliberately not giving me all the info on my file? as I had experienced this with them. For what reason. My aor is Sept 2019. 26months and counting. Really a sad experience My family and I are having with ircc. Not to think that the reason for refusal in the 1st place was entirely their fault which they should naturally try to correct swiftly.
You ordered the notes before the reopened date, so you won’t see the activities after the ordered date since the generated date is close to the ordered date. See around the footer of the first page to know the date the gcms file was generated.

if you ordered a nee gcms file, you should see the new activities regarding the reopening.

British Columbia invites 318 in latest PNP draws
The BC PNP is designed to attract foreign workers in high demand and who want to become permanent residents.

British Columbia invited 318 immigration candidates through Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) draws held on December 7.

The province held two draws through the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) and invited candidates from the Skills Immigration (SI) and Express Entry BC (EEBC) streams.

Invitations were issued to those from the Skilled Worker, International Graduate as well as Entry Level and Semi-Skilled sub-categories of SI and EEBC streams.
The majority of the invitations, 267, were sent through a general draw. These candidates received invitations if they met the minimum score requirements between 71 and 100, depending on the program for which they are eligible.

Another draw targeted candidates whose occupation falls under NOC 0621 (retail and wholesale trade managers) or NOC 0631 (restaurant and food service managers). That draw resulted in 51 invitations with minimum scores of 103 across the board.

Since last February, British Columbia has been conducting a separate round of invitations twice a month as part of its PNP program. These draws are being held due to the high number of candidates from particular labour market sectors who are registered in the province’s Skills Immigration Registration System (SIRS).

So far this year, B.C. has issued over 11,000 invitations through various BC PNP streams.
