Techincal Error when uploading documents online

Hello! Today i was trying to upload all the forms and documents on the online platform to finally submit my application. I made a mistake when uploading my passport, so i deleted it to upload it again but i haven't been able since, when i try to upload it i get a message: "There was a technical error when handling your request. Please try again later."
It's been like this for almost 4 hours. Is this normal? Does anybody know what should i do? Should i wait a little longer? I was really hoping to submit my application today or tomorrow at most.

Several people on the forum reported that using a different browser or device (specifically using Google Chrome on Windows) seemes to have resolved the issue. Did you try that?

I already tried that, didn't work. It's been almost 24 hours with the same issue, getting really frustrating.

Also dealing with the same issue. Contacted IRCC for tech support a month ago, they asked me to send screenshots, I did, still no progress.

I kind of solved it. I realized that the files that i wasn't able to upload where the ones with the longest file names, so i just shortened them a little a it worked. Hope that works for you.

did you get solution ? Have been getting same error for the last two days.
