Minor's application is still "In-progress" while mine is "decision made"

Hello guys,
I had DM on November 24th. All fields but oath marked as "completed". My son's application is still in progress in old ecas and only prohibitions are completed in the new tracker. Question is why his application is still in progress? Aren't the applications supposed to be processed together? I'm still waiting for oath.

Mine were the same don't worry about it. We all got oath invitation after that.
