My application was delivered in June 2020, I completed the test in May 2021, and got DM on 13 Oct 2021. Waiting for Oath Invite ever since.

Sorry to hear. I am afraid there is going to be wait based on your DM date. earlier DM dates are still waiting for oath from Mississauga, if thats any indicator.
