How can u appeal to WES ? And WES has clearly mentioned not to use these documents again so is it possible we can verify with other evaluation body and WES wouldn't know ?
What do I need to get from university now once WES has closed my account. Anybody got a clue ?
Robin_mathew, I am having this same issue presently. Please, do you made head way with another evaluation body? What did you do?
Rathish1083, I have a similar problem with WES, do you made headway? Please, what did you do and how do you resolve the IRCC issue
I submitted three documents to WES for evaluation, at that time, high school certificate was mandated for Nigerians, so I evaluated my WAEC, Bsc and PGD. I had engaged the service of different third parties. My Bsc and PGD were authenticated but my West African Examination council (high school cert) was fraudulently sent with wrong signatory. I am aware of this after contacting WAEC institution, hence my WES evaluation profile was cancel following with this mail;
REPORTING INSTITUTION: West African Examinations Council
World Education Services Inc.(WES) has been advised by the reporting institution named above that the documents submitted for evaluation are not authentic.
In accordance with our stated policy, your account has been closed, all documents will be retained by WES and fees will not be refunded. As WES has received a fraudulent document as part of your evaluation, we will not process any other documents submitted for evaluation, and will not accept any future applications. The appropriate authorities have also been notified.
WES cautions you against using these documents for any purpose.

However, I had began another evaluation with CEs but excluded my WAEC as it was not even mandated in the first place. Also, WES has reversed their mandated policy on high school certificate prior to cancellation of my profile and all effort to get WES remove this document to save my evaluation integrity proved abortive
I want to know if WES message as regards sending the fraud report to appropriate authorities including IRCC will not impact my CES and ITA application with IRCC
How can I correct these unfortunate error and clear myself of this unfortunate incident with WES and IRCC for future purpose
If CES has approved your application then you don't need to worry about your immigration
Hello everyone ! Sorry for the late reply over this ! I have lost my job from Dubai UAE without any prior notice as it happens and not new to people working there ! Came back to India in and unfortunately COVID came across all plans . I have dropped the PR process as I was not in UAE since then and the consultants over there in UAE where not answering nor replying over mails. I was working in India since then. Recently I came across some agency’s who send unskilled labour’s to Canada for work so I have applied for a that to make sone money. They have called me to pay them VISA fee and all and got LMIA today. Wanted to know if we can cross check weather the LMIA is not Fake as in there and lot many frauds in India who make money out of it. So if anyone help me to check if the LMIA is not fake. Where I can check that ?

Employers who were found non-compliant
Employers who hire temporary workers may be inspected to make sure they meet their responsibilities as an employer under the Temporary Foreign Worker Program or International Mobility Program. If an employer is found non-compliant, they can receive either or both of the following:
- a monetary penalty
- a ban from hiring temporary workers (these employers are ineligible to hire temporary workers for a period of time)
I did visit the agency ! They charged me 1200 CAD for LMIA fee to the lawyer ! I paid them 600 CAD ! To cross verify the LMIA they received, they opened the Canada.ca and they put GC key and verified the passport number and date of birth, once they did a page opens which showed a LMIA with my name and all the details in it ! But they didn’t gave me the LMIA number because they said if they give me that I can directly approach the employer and there fee will get affected ! Once they charged me 600 CAD they promised me to give a login ID and password wherein I can check my application status only once I pay full amount to them. I haven’t paid yet ! I got Canada agent code which starts from MG which I took without there notice ! And yes once they opens the site with GC key there was a QR code and they asked us to scan it to cross they once we did that details came like my name ! Passport number ! Company name ! Canada agent code ! Date of birth ! Assessment status as clear ! Salary ! Hob profile ! What do u think on this sir
