In the Application Status page on CIC website, what does it read under "Review of Eligibility" and "Background Check"?
Once officer reviews file and passes the eligibility it would be passed otherwise you would see status as Recommended Pass, In progress or Review Required

Received GCMS notes exactly after 60 days.

CRIMINALITY - PASSED
INFO SHARING - COMPLETE
MEDICAL - PASSED.

Rest all NOT STARTED

Also,

The due date on my application shows 10/12/2021. Should I hope anything on or near around this date. What does this due date actually mean?

Can anyone help please

Is this the first time you’re getting GCMS notes? If no, can you compare the due dates on both GCMS notes?

I think they might start working on our files this December. It’s just a wild guess, some people also have their due dates to be in December.

Plus, did your visa office change? Was your application transferred due to workload?

No, this is the first time I have ordered GCMS notes.

And yes my visa office has changed due to work load.

I did my meds on Dec 7, 2020, so I suppose they expired 2 days ago. Haven't seen any requests for re-med yet. What should be the next step? Wait for them to request?
*Not an Expert*
But if your medicals have expired either IRCC can extend your medicals or ask for remeds.
All you need to do is wait

@legalfalcon, this came in my email yesterday though I didn't submit any document.

Their mails usually say to ignore if received in error but just so I'm certain, could there be a mix up somewhere?

Or do I up my hope that at least there's some activity on my account and PPR could be in toe?

If you did not submit anything, then it was sent in error. You can just ignore it.
