R10 is not eligibility. That's the first check done.
Eligibility would have 2 reviews and the notes would say something like Recommended Pass or Met.

2 reviews were done. 1st review was R10 on Feb 18 which also has reviewer notes saying recommendation: pass. 2nd review was on March 10 with review notes saying "Ready to finalize.

Additionally, status says 11.2 Met - Ready for Security. All of that points to eligibility as passed.

Just got my GCMS notes today.

AOR: 02-Feb-2021
PNP-Outland

Page 1 shows:
Eligibility: Passed
Security: Not started
Criminality: Passed
Medical: Passed
Info Sharing: System Error

Question: Does eligibility passed in page 1 mean that eligibility is really passed? Or does it mean that it's only R10 completed?
@legalfalcon

See the notes in the last 3-5 pages.

Does anyone here is also an Inland - CEC still waiting for the PR?

My details:
AOR - Feb 2, 2021
Medicals - passed
Criminality - in progress
Security - not started
Info Sharing - in progress

I had a visa refused to the USA in 2004 (but had 2 other Visas approved after that, so there's no problem with this!) but I had to say "yes" to one of the statutory questions. Now I see on my Notes that it says "Review Required" for Stat. Questions. I also see they asked the USA for Biometric Details in March. And in May it says " Complete - Not reviewed" for this USA "investigation". Nothing else has been done since then. Under my wife's name it says: "Recommended Pass".

I see everyone Inland getting their PR's! Do you guys think this delay could be because of the "Yes" on the Stat Question? Why does it take so long for them to check with the US officers?

Thank you!!! Hopefully everyone will receive the PR soon!!!!!

I recently requested GCMS again.
Hopeful to see some good news for Feb AORs now that FSW s have started processing for old files.
This wait is so excruciating.
