Hi, Do u know how to submit the remaining form that was not listed online. I think there should be two of them 1344 and 5532. did you choose other documents but i can only upload 4 mb file ? i have over 30MB filled file each. i found the upload option in their respective form. not sure it have any restriction with space do u know. ?>

I have a question about schedule A (Background/Declaration) form. I hope that someone can help me.
My mother is applying to sponsor my father. I am helping them with the online application. I am filling out the schedule A (Background/Declaration) form now and I am not sure how to answer question 3 and question 4.
My father was a PR holder and came to Canada with my mother; under family sponsorship (I sponsored them). When his PR expired he was out of Canada so we applied for PRTD (Permanent Resident Travel Document). As the number of days that he was physically present in Canada was low, PRTD was not issued and consequently his PR status was canceled.
Is PRTD considered a visa and I should answer “yes” to questions 3 and 4? Or it is not and I should answer No to these questions?
Here is the text of questions 3 and 4:
Q3- Have you been refused admission to, or ordered to leave, Canada or any other country or territory?
Q4- Have you been refused refugee status, an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de Sélection du Québec [CSQ] or application to the Provincial Nominee Program) or a visitor or temporary resident visa, for Canada or any other country or territory?

I also believe the sample size for Online applicants like us is very small, maybe my optimism speaking lol. Anyhow, applied on 7th October, waiting for AOR now.
From the tracker it looks like 35% of September applicants are online with the rest paper and a few unknown.

Hi: My wife will be signing these forms on a different day, and will scan them back to me, for me to sign.
Is it ok if dates are different. For example- there could be a 1 or 2 day delay
