Same thing with my parents file as well. I submitted their file for permanent residency in May 2018, file was transferred to New Delhi in Dec 2018. Medical examinations and PCC submissions were requested in May 2019. They have asked for medical examinations again last month. Now I have received ARC request for my father, who was deported in 1979, almost 42 years ago.

Thank you! I provided RCMP, when they asked for PCC in 2019. They never asked specifically for RCMP, but in the request letter for PCC it was mentioned that if they have lived in any country for more than 6 months they should provide the Police Clearance Cert for that country as well.

Helo eveyone. irrcc requested payment on April 2021 and then I did but they never requested any letter and then ircc requested removal cost payment as well on May 2021 and then I paid it since then nothing. What do you guys think ?

What are you applying for? The ARC is normally processed as part of a different visa application. So if you are looking to come to Canada as a visitor, you would apply for a TRV following the normal process and then the ARC would be triggered as part of the processsing of the TRV.

I have a stage 1 aip on humanitarian grounds, and my officer just tell me and my family to apply to arc. Do I have to pay for each member the fees?

Yes, the fee is $400.
