Sponsor parents before Spouse due to PGP invitation and income requirement.

Hi All,
I have a question regarding PGP sponsorship. I am not meeting the requirements for 2018, and 2019, but I am meeting the income requirements for 2020. I also meet the requirements if I add them all (2018,2019,2020) up together. Do I still qualify for PGP sponsorship? Also can I sponsor my spouse in parallel while my PGP application in process?

No, you do not qualify for PGP sponsorship.

As said in my other response to you, refusal is guaranteed and you'll be wasting time / money applying.

There is no flexibility with regards to the income requirements. They are mandatory and you have to meet them every individual year. You do not meet them. So zero chance of approval.
