Hi All,
We have done Medicals for our Infant in May 2021 when we filed her Visitor Visa from India. Me and my wife are both PR. Now she is in Canada and she again got medical request for her PR Sponsorship-Dependent child application. I called CIC and then they said that you don't need to give medicals again.
Could you please help me how this can be updated on priority. I raised Webform and got the standard response.

The policy that's relevant is here:
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/medical-police/medical-exams/requirements-permanent-residents.html

Note this is a temporary policy and only until December 28 this year (unless of course they extend it). There are some instructions there as to how to notify.

I believe if you notify acc to the instructions (sending the IME number etc) you should be okay. Unfortunately, don't expect that they will respond to webform and clarify this right away.

"In-Canada permanent residence applicants

You’re exempt from completing an additional immigration medical exam (IME) if

  • you have applied, or you are applying for permanent residence and
  • you are already residing in Canada and
  • you have completed your immigration medical exam in the last 5 years and
  • an IRCC medical officer found your medical exam as low risk or no risk to public health or public safety

If you’ve already completed an IME and are applying for permanent residence, make sure you provide an IME number (or unique medical identifier number) from your previous medical exam in your application.

Learn more about the temporary public policy, which is in effect until December 28, 2021."

I did share the link. Follow the instructions there, however you can, I dn't know more than what's there.

If not clear, I'd suggest sending a webform and including the IME details and specifically draw attention to the medical test request you received and the policy as you understand it (i.e. this link).

Good luck.
