AOR1: Dec 31, 2020
BIL: Feb 26, 2021
Biometric complete: Mar 2, 2021
Medical request: May 26, 2021
AOR2/Moved to LVO: June 8, 2021
Medical passed: June 30, 2021
Pre-arrival: July 30, 2021
PPR: Oct 15, 2021

I didn't receive any ADR (fortunately) and was pleasantly surprised by the timeline myself. Also, apparently they aren't updating the IRCC portal frequently - so you'll receive your requests and letters thru it but the most recently updated status will still be few months old so don't worry about it.

Thankyou!

Hope everyone here is doing well. First time post but have been following the forums for quite some time.

I am the PA (US Citizen) and Canadian wife is my sponsor. We haven't heard back from IRCC since I submitted additional documents for an ADR almost two months ago.

What was the ADR for?

Thanks! That was quite the wait indeed, just bad timing because of the pandemic but I am taking some comfort in knowing I am approaching the 12-month mark.

Yes, but this is what shocks me in their processing time. We applied around the same time as you and we had PPR July 5, after a successful interview. I guess based on reading your previous response, there were a few things they likely needed to dig in to on your file. Hope you get that PPR before the end of this year! I just read an article they need still about 80k (November and December) new PR's to hit their year end target... so hopefully they push hard on these!
