Did you get notified through an email or profile update?
yeah same for me as well. " You don't need a medical exam."Is it showing Medicals passed; or is it showing "You don't need a medical exam" ? Coz, mine is showing the latter, and I dont know what that means
Latter could mean. Your medicals expired but they don't ask you to retake medicals. Perhaps they are reassesing and based on it they could extend or ask for remedicals. Is it showing Medicals passed; or is it showing "You don't need a medical exam" ? Coz, mine is showing the latter, and I dont know what that means
YOu do not have to provide a new PCC when you change your country of residence. Just update you new address. If IRCC requires a new PCC, they will ask.Hello @legalfalcon and members,
I would like to know if a new PCC is required if there is a change in country of residence during the application processing.
I moved from Dubai to India in Sept 2020.
My AOR is Jan 2020 and PCC from Dubai is prior to Jan 2020.
Is there a possibility of rejection due to PCC not being latest at this point ?
Thanks in Advance.
yes, It was same for me then I did upfront medical at the end of September 2021.Thanks for the response. My medical has expired since Dec 2020 and since then, it hasnt been extended nor have I been asked for a remed. Did you experience this as well?
Please is anyone in the same boat as me?

Can you do your baby's passport and birth certificate while outside of USA ?Hello All
I have a couple of questions related to adding newborn child to our application. I could not find the answers to these questions in existing forums, so I am asking here. I would really appreciate any insights.
Background: Our AOR (me and my wife) is Jan 4, 2020. We are Indian Citizens, but living in the US for last 10 years. In the last few days, we received a couple of ghost updates. On Nov 13, the review of medical results section went to "you do not need a medical exam" and on Nov 17 (today), it went to "we are reviewing the results of your medical exam". I am guessing it means there is movement on my application and we might get PPR in a few weeks or months.
1. We are expecting a newborn child any day now (very likely within 1 week). At that time, I will raise a webform to add our baby to the application. I am assuming we will not get PPR within a week. So, after IRCC has processed our baby's application, they might send PPR again, which I guess will take a few months at minimum. HOWEVER, the entire process of getting a US passport for my daughter will probably take around 4 months (6 weeks to get birth certificate and another 7-9 weeks for US passport after that). I am wondering what happens if we get the PPR for all 3 of us before US passport arrives for our daughter? I assume we can ask IRCC to extend the deadline to send new passports and they will likely agree to that?
2. In general, does anyone have a clue how long IRCC is taking to add newborns to the application these days? I know the timelines are all over the place. For future planning purposes (like renewing current lease), I wonder if adding newborn baby is going to extend the process by another year or so.
Info sharing is part of the security screening. If your security assessment is blank, then it may be in progress. Security is usually the last step. See@legalfalcon sir, I ordered gcms notes while ago and came to know that my eligibility - passed
Security - blank
Criminality - passed
Medical - passed(expired)
Info sharing - in progress( it changed from complete to in progress)
Final - blank
In detail I can see in info sharing status usa - biometrics - FCC detail ready to assessed. Rest all other info sharing have status as NRT.
Is info sharing the last step in application? My medicals have expired I haven't received medical request yet.
For me it reflects Security as “not started” but Info sharing as “Complete” -Info sharing is part of the security screening. If your security assessment is blank, then it may be in progress. Security is usually the last step. See
