I am about to apply for PR.
I have Master Degree from Australian University. WES is processing my Master Degree evaluation.
My bachelor Degree is from Turkey. I haven't done WES evaluation for my Bachelor Degree.
Do I have to get my Bachelor Degree evaluated by WES, too? OR As I have the Master Degree as the highest degree, I ONLY need my Master Degree evaluated ? There I DO NOT need to get my Bachelor evaluated by WES?
I really need help urgently, please help.

Only the highest qualification is required. If WES requires bachelor's they'll ask for it later via your profile

What Credentials Do I Need to Send WES for My ECA?
As of November 2020, WES applicants only need to submit only their highest completed credential for an Educational Credential Assessment. If you send additional credentials to WES, it will delay the completion of your report.
Below, we have summarized the overall requirements to help you get started.
What is your highest degree?
- If you have a doctorate, then you do not need to submit your bachelor’s degree or master’s degree for evaluation.
- If you have a master’s degree, then you do not need to submit your bachelor’s degree for evaluation.
- If you have a bachelor’s degree, then you do not need to submit your secondary school records for evaluation.
There are two potential outliers to the guidelines above:
- Indian credentials
- Francophone credentials

Do I need to send transcripts or mark sheets?
WES accepts both consolidated transcripts and yearly mark sheets, provided they are issued by degree-granting institutions and sent in a sealed envelope. Institutions can also send documents electronically once they have established a digital partnership with WES.
I have a master’s degree. Do I need to send my bachelor’s degree, as well?
The following criteria will help you determine if you need to send your bachelor’s degree documents:
- You do NOT need to send your bachelor’s degree documents if you have one of the following degrees: Master of Education, Master of Engineering, Master of Philosophy, or Master of Technology.
- If you have a master’s degree from India, and it does not fall into the categories above, you MUST also submit your bachelor’s degree documents. WES cannot evaluate the master’s degree without the bachelor’s degree.
If you got your master’s degree outside of India, you will probably not need to send bachelor’s degree documents. Our evaluators will contact you if they require further documentation for your evaluation.
