So did you and your friend get the pr after the mistake of not mentioning about u.s visa refusal earlier?

Did you apply for a BOWP? If yes did you you disclose your Previous refusal in the application?

one of my friend have the same situation he came as a student and the work permit. When he apply for his PR then he realize he never mention his refusal so mention in his PR then Bridging open work permit and he got both of them.

U R not the only who do this mistake. Many of us in forum and in Canada are facing same problem because that question is really tricky where it start with Canada but end with any other country that why many of us miss last part. So officer also know that it OK because if you have lie or hide your refusal you won't let them know in your PR application.

Buddy don't get panic, relax and apply for your application and think that you never make a mistake. CIC also don't care about this small stuff.

Did your friend mention his refusal in his PNP application? You stated that he mentioned it on his bridging open work permit and his PR. I would like to know if he also mentioned it on his PNP application

Hi I have submitted my application of post graduate work permit 3 months back and still waiting for my work permit. However, I forgot to sign in the IMM form assuming that its only for people under 18 years of age. Do you think my application will be approved? If anybody has an idea, it would be appreciated. Thanks :)

Now my concern its been more then 2 years since the application is in process if i change the answer to YES from NO. would i face any further issues?

HI PJoshi,

I got to know about the same, my visitor and PNP got approved but forget to mention UK refusal in that since i did appeal again the refusal and UK issue Visa but my consultant suggested to mention refusal in PR application but now i am worry to mention since i have not mention previously in visitor and PNP file. Please advise..

No LOE was asked. I mention when i was submitting my application for PR. But if you are thinking to mention after you have submitted PR application, just send update Background Info form. It should be OK. It actually depends on officer how he/she handles your case.

Did you mention your previous refusal in your PR application with LOE about not mentioning in previous applications or without LOE? Thanks.
