Forgot to mention about refusal

My eTA expired and I didn’t mentioned my refused permit 7 years ago.
They sent me a misrepresentation conduct and given me 7days to explain.
I wrote them a sorry letter and it was a mistake to renew my eTA. Because my work permit will automatically renew my ETA as well.
they approved my eTA at the end.
Now I’m applying my PR. And finished my medical check few days ago.
I hope they will approve my PR in future

I just mentioned it was a mistake due to overlook on the questions as well as submitting this form (eTA) was a mistake too. And would like to cancel my application.

At last, they approved my application again.

1 month later after this happened. I got my Alberta - PNP approved.
