TRV from India

Hai,
I came to India in November 2020 while I was working in Canada on an open work permit, But my visa got expires and I submitted my TRV application in Jan 2021. My work permit is still valid and also I have valid medical and biometrics. It's been more than 6 months since I didn't receive my passport request.I submitted the webform already but there is no response.If you have any information regarding this it will be helpful.

If you already have a work permit but need a new visa, how do you apply online for a new visa? If I try to apply under Visitor Visa, I only see the following categories:

why do you need a visa

None of these seem to apply for my case, as I need it to work but not without a work permit. What category did you use to apply?
