Hi everyone,

Wondering if anyone can assist me.

I recieved the PPR on 9/11/2021.
Cor: India
Vo: Ottawa
AOR: 17.01.2020

Which is all well and good, but I have not received the passport submission request letter. Neither my application profile has been updated. It still shows application pending.

Is it normal? What should I do?

Thanks for any replies. Much appreciate this thread in these trying times.

I am sure you can wait for few days to see updated status.

No, if you were expecting FSW then I guess you have not read about the final draw being IEC on November 12. Then no more draws for this season I guess. Sorry for the bad news. But it is what it is. I would recommend looking into study visa route. FSW is dead.
That's for iec

It’s that time of the week; relax! Draw will happen in 1-2 hours time
My reading of the situation, as I guess everyone else as well is that no CEC nor FSW draw will happen this year. Not till Nov 22nd at the very least. PNP is owned by provinces so that will continue as usual.

There is a backlog and there is a coming backlog of getting the people with expired CoPRs in. BOTH hit the same bottleneck -- the medicals. People with expired CoPRs are outside Canada and have expire medicals as well, so they need re-medicals. This was highlighted before too... Canada has a shortage of folks processing medicals. Look at the current CEC folks getting processed. Their medicals are approved usually 30 days after AoR. Now a days this number is at 40 to 45 days. Few folks in September cohort got 50 days of medical processing and approval. Previously it was one week or less in 2019.

I doubt they can process FSW-O this year. They are working to land inlands and perhaps those with expired CoPRs (may be later) and few folks who had everything approved since ages.

Logically it will take some time but then its IRCC... I won't be surprised if they announced FSW/All Prog 100K draw tomorrow or so.

How gullible would I be to expect an FSW draw today lol.
As per my assumption, I don’t see an EE draw happening for the rest part of the year; if we are lucky we could get a surprise draw during Christmas but that’s very unlikely. I’m convinced they will happen in 2022 Q1. They are focusing on backlogs in this last quarter and that would likely continue in early 2022 as well, it’s possible
