Just got a message that our photos are wrong. It says facial area is too small/too big and incorrect photo size.
I used London drugs for these photos and downloaded the digital copy from the link they gave to me.
What should I used to resize the photos? Or should I let the store know that they were wrong.

Just checked your timeline and it took you really long time (almost 2 years). You really waited too long to deserve being the PR of Canada. Congratulations for that.
I showed the size to the photographer and they even told me that they already knew it.

I took my digital photo from the Pharmacy and in the online they gave three different sizes small, medium and large.
I have uploaded the large considering that it might be a good quality one.
Here are the dimensions: 1855x2600.
Size:1.2mb

It is very confusing i agree the dimensions u told me those are the pixels. It actually has be 1600*1200.

Yeah you are right they are pixels.I sent them the high resolution one i think it is ok.
From the link you sent it says it should be atleast 1200x1600.
Rest everything looks good to me, i will wait and see now.
