Our MP said this, quote: “there’s a note from Oct 6th indicating that IRCC in Ottawa was preparing to send the app back to Warsaw…” You think it means digitization or some steps before digitization?

This most likely means digitalization as that is the new process for files being returned to outland VO's. Good news coming your way shortly too. Keep us posted! Best of luck.

I couldn't say for sure but most likely they were farming files out to other offices which are processing faster, so maybe re-routed due to Mississauga's backlog of cases. This may work in your favour as your file may be processed faster. At least it is not sitting on a desk in Mississauga collecting dust. I do know there were a lot of complaints lodged against CPC Mississauga and their lack of processing files.
I called IRCC today and after waiting on hold for 52 minutes I was told they can’t tell me anything because of the Afghan situation. I’ll try again, but this is beyond frustrating
Same here. The agent was nice though, apologized 10 times that he couldn’t say anything. I’m anxious, I have worries and fears with delays. We can only control our reactions and feelings or so they say
I called IRCC today concerning my husband file the agent told me his file is no longer in CPC Mississauga it's in Accra, I ask if he sure he said yes they don't have access I said ok and decide to call back another agent told me the same thing I really don't know how they operate because that is new to me if it's really true I'll be happy those people don't know how they are playing with our life and could cause divorce for those that can't take pressure.
