Medical Exam/Lab work Delays, Inland Spousal Sponsorship

I'm wondering if anyone here has experience with medical exam/lab work delays? Do you know if medical exam results/delays significantly affect your case processing time for PR? I am an In-Canada Common-Law Spousal Sponsorship applicant.

Here's the full story: I'm living in Newfoundland and I had my medical exam done at the only panel-approved doctor's office (it's a private clinic) but they don't do their own lab work--they refer you to x-ray and blood labs within the provincial health system. I couldn't book my labs until 2 weeks after my physical exam and now there has been a cyber security breach/ransom/system-wide failure with the Provincial health system and all non-emergency appointments are cancelled until who knows when...! I have heard of these system crashes taking months to repair and I have no idea when I will be able to get my lab work done. Now I already contacted the panel physician's office to see if they can upload my physical to the e-medical without the labs but they said they have to wait for the results. I am thinking I will upload paper proof of my physical exam to IRCC, I imagine they will offer extension of the 30-day deadline given the circumstance, but I mostly want to know if this will push back my timeline, if you have had a similar experience, I would appreciate your feedback.
Thanks!

No pint uploading the medical since it’s will be disregarded. It seems as though things are slowly coming online again. Would give it a few days to assess how long it will take to get some of the services online again. If you won’t meet the deadline send in a webform indicating that there has been a random ware attack in NL and the lab and x-ray portion of your test has not been possible and you’ll need an extension. Your application will be delayed until you can get the labs and x-ray done. Shouldn’t be huge delays.
