You can not directly apply for it unless you are PR or citizen. So you can apply for it under the help of a person who is PR or citizen, usually this person might be an agent or someone who wants to earn money.Can we apply for gcms notes before getting a final answer?

Not yet received them. It is over 50 days now. Sent a reminder, they say due to covid there are delays, but have issued a priority tickets and will try to send it ASAP@legalfalcon I have heard that from June 2021 onwards the gcms notes will not contain the incoming and outgoing correspondence , do you have any update on this ?
The GCMS notes are standard that have all the processing details of an application. 16 (1) A person who makes an application must answer
truthfully all questions put to them for the purpose of the
examination and must produce a visa and all relevant ev-
idence and documents that the officer reasonably re-
quires.
