Can i send back PR holder sponsored by me back to his home country?

Recently came as a PR few months ago. So i wana know if i can send him back to his country

Not only can you not deport him but you are financially responsible for him and will need to pay back the government if he claims welfare. You also can’t sponsor another spouse for 3 years.
