Hello all, anyone can help me answer, i got a question when filling forms i am a cosigner helping my parents in law; on the online declaration when says applicant declaration should i put my name or the principal applicant name? Beside filling the use of representative form any thing should be aware? Thank all and good luck all

I've recently submitted my application and am seeing status as submitted and action button says view but the actual button is disabled.
Does anyone have the same, is it normal?

I've a successful submission email but no separate AOR.
Judging from few 2020 trackers I found online the first AOR can take up to 6 months to arrive.
My only concern so far is what if they find my application not complete and will return it? I read somewhere that I'd have to reapply before the deadline on the invitation letter, but because of the 6 months AOR1 timeline it's not feasible. So, hopefully they'll just request missing documents in such case.

Same boat. I really hope they just request missing documents...
triple...quadruple checked all docs before I submitted everything, but anything can happen, who knows.
based on my experience when applying online for express entry, when IRCC request additional documents for online app, they give you another 30 days(or longer depends on what they are requesting) to submit, starting from the day they request it.

I am sponsoring my mother alone. My father passed away years ago and my brother is already married and in the US on H1B with his wife and child. Is there any where in the IMM0008,IMM5669 or IMM5406 that i have to mention about my father or my brother and family. Technically the are not dependents to my mother but it is a bit confusing. I was just curious to know if there is anywhere in the application i should indicate she has a son.

Yes you’ll need to mention both and also provide a death certificate for your father

Can’t remember what forms offhand but the instructions are pretty clear.
