Hi @legalfalcon , I thought I don't need to bother you anymore, but it looks like there's another glitch around the corner, I received my second portal email, but it ask both me and my partner to declare our presence in Canada and upload photos, but the thing is my partner already got his PR a year ago, and I just mentioned our relationship as common-law in my application, so apparently there is a mistake, and I have replied the first portal email again to explain the situation and ask them to remove my partner from the portal list, but I didn't receive any response. I was worried so I raised another webform to explain and still no reply yet, my second email link still have my partner's portal shown as initiated, and mine is in review with IRCC. what am I supposed to do except anxiously waiting? many many thanks Sir！

No that is not the reason why you didn’t get eCoPR yet.in my case i have my wife as dependent but she is in india so when I respond them I declare she is in India and need passport request letter, then they sent the portal only for me, i am waiting too for eCoPR hopefully it’s coming soon.

And do you have any Eligibility assessment related note from Officer in NOTES section (probably a really long note, probably mentioning A11.2, R87 etc.. )?

Thank you so much for your reply, I got portal request from Etobicoke VO, is your status also in review with IRCC, I saw most people got CoPR the next day after they provide the Canadian address and photo, I have done that 14th and still waiting.

I guess I shouldn't provide the information of my partner in the first portal email, it looks like they thought my partner is my dependent so they put him in the portal list in the second email.

Thank you so much for your reply, I got portal request from Etobicoke VO, is your status also in review with IRCC, I saw most people got CoPR the next day after they provide the Canadian address and photo, I have done that 14th and still waiting.

We have same timeline i also did everything on 14th so we have just to wait and hopefully we will get something in these days, anyway our applications are approved so we can we little bit relax now.

I just received my GCMS NOTES saying review required for eligibility. It said My score was 438 when applied. Minimum score is 400 Then I also got Gcms notes stating verified 385 and I gained points for being legally speared. Confused as did I lose points or they only verified 385 for now ?

Sorry what does it mean by "legally speared"?
Could you share that comment section in your notes with your personal information deducted? So other ppl could understand the problem better and give you advices

This doesn't show the reason why they couldn't verify some of your points. If you received a long version GCMS notes, like over a hundred pages, you might find a Comment section in the last few pages, you should see notes written by a case analyst or program assistant or an officer, they should've said sth like "not satisfied with blah blah..." can you see that in your notes?

I have a screen shot it was 117 pages.
