Hi,

A questions about the address history of this form.

Do they want it you to start from you most recent address or in the other order?

(I started from my 1st - birth address).

i am also filling out this form as we speak but i am starting from the most recent. I just decided to follow the same format as they stated in the personal history section.

Yes, I also wondered about this one, so I just followed the same format as outlined for the personal history question. It doesn't specify in which order, so I think either way should be fine. It's not that important anyway...
