Principal Applicant (Inland) Dependent (Outland) during COVID-19

Hi All, Around 2:17 pm today I received my first portal email. My application is approved. Replied for portal credentials.

Congratulations, very happy for u,now only am waiting I think from aug 2020

I got RFV (PPR) for my spouse in India in GC key account on 15th September and below are the timelines for his Passport stamping:

16th September submitted VFS webform for Passport pick up and drop
17th September Received Payment link
Paid fees on same day and got the pickup email with Airway bill details on same day.
18th Blue dart called for pick up but our package was not ready so we asked him to come on Monday 20th September
Blue dart guy picked up the package on 20th September
22nd September it reached Delhi IRCC
27th September we received notification that our passport dispatched
29th September received passport at home with stamped visa and COPR

I am inland applicant and my COPR was issued on 12th October, 1st email to confirm that I am inside Canada was on 18th September then credentials received on 22nd September.

I (PA inland) and my dependent outland spouse both received the PR portal email today in our separate emails.

Does this email serve as a PPR for my dependent? Or will he get this RFV email after I land as a the Principal applicant?
I'm confused because the portal email was addressed to each of our names separately.

Someone please clarify this for me..thank you!

1. Login into your CIC account as you usually do.

2. Reach the page where you click "Check full application status" to view your application and messages

3. But do not click on that rather click on " Add (link) your application to your account"

4. Select the "Category" from the dropdown as "Permanent Resident Card"

5. Under Application Details, from "Please select one" select "Unique Client Identifier (UCI) and Family Name"

6. Put your UCI as it is NO SPACES and NO HYPHES

7. Put your Family Name as on you CoPR - UPPER and LOWER CASE matter here

8. The tricky one, Place of Birth Section. Here "City/town of birth" is very very crucial. Copy it as it is on your CoPR, any commas, upper/lower case, spaces, just copy it here.

9. Select your "Country/territory of birth" from the drop down

10. Next section is pretty easy as you just select your "Date you became a permanent resident" from dropdown. This is the day you did your landing by either flagpole or landing interview

11. Put "Country of Citizenship" and "Current marital status" from dropdowns.

12. Click "Search for my application", if all the inputs are correct then it will show you that the system has found your application. You just have to click Link my application to account and it will now be shown on "View the applications you submitted" page with your Permanent Residency application.

PA didnt get portal email , surprised!!!, i guess u can use the information in the email and proceed to land yourself using portal. pls double check with ircc

Pr portal email and PPR email are different.

if you got Portal email - you need to inform the person is outside canada then they will process for PPR
if you person is inside canada then next step is copr

VO has been assigned last week and has requested additional documents and one of them is -

Client Enquiry - Please provide a settlement plan for 2 people and must be received by 19 Oct 2021

We have no idea what this relates to - we have already submitted proof of funds. Please help or we are gonna get rejection after so much long time.

Imho it’s not rejection . They want to confirm on proof of funds before they proceed next step . Pls call ircc immediately and ask them what is exactly needed . My guess would be u need to show additonal pof

We already called multiple times and they did not pickup, also submitted webform, no response yet. Is there any format for proof of settlement or proof funds(if submitting again)? Need some clear suggestion on this as it is really urgent.
