Hello friends I am a jurnalism and Mass communication graduated student from Afghanistan and it's not possible to countinue my studying and have a clear job here now .
I worked for short time to add in my experience in newspaper edition but now my life is in danger and I many time tried to apply for CANADA immigration visa but ircc send me in formation with link and I must apply by UNHCR but unfortunately UNHCR in Iran country does not accept any afghan refuge need your help to apply for humantrain visa .

Unfortunately it's only possible to apply for the humanitarian & compassionate visa if you are already in Canada. It is not possible to apply for this visa from outside of Canada.

Eligibility time to apply h and C if I get negative decision from refugee Appeal do I have to wait until 12 months passed bar is this in effect from the date of decision ?

You have to include your aor and the argument needs to write to convince the officer you need for permit really badly by financial reason support yourself or family members depends on you
