Hi strongfaith it seems that it is only me from April applicant who still waitting after the Bg completed for 2 of the family and one ghost update from 3 sep

How long you think it takes to get FB for my child 18 years old

Well you are not probably the first one, but the majority of the FP requests come from IRCC Vancouver, maybe they are splitting the tasks now, but so weird it doesn't show in your dashboard either.

Interesting.. I emailed RCMP yesterday for an update on the FP, so maybe I’ll wait to hear back from them and if it takes too long, reach out to IRCC.

We got our test schedule email this morning from :

DN Cit MIS Scheduling / Convocation MIS Cit RN (IRCC) <ircc.dncitmisscheduling-convocationmiscitrn.ircc@cic.gc.ca>

I took my test today at around 1 pm. It was fairly straight forward. If anyone has any questions related to the test logistics, please let me know. I will update when my dashboard/ECAS changes next.

Can you please elaborate on the test logistics?

You click the link received in the email/PDF document. Here you will have to agree to a bunch of T&Cs. Post that, in the last stage, you will get an option to receive an email for the test link which is valid for 15 min.

Once you get that email, you can access the link and commence your test.

Step 1 : You have to take a photograph of your ID card ( I used the PR card)
Step 2: You have to take a photograph of yourself
Post this, the test starts - 20 questions 30 mins
You can review the answers before final submission.
On clicking submit, you will be prompted for confirmation.
On the next screen, you will get your provisional score and an option to download/email the provisional test results.
The dashboard should be updated with your test results in a couple of days time.

You can take it from home, there a not test Centres available or open due to COVID

I don't think there is something wrong, timelines vary by local office processing your application, all we can do is wait, or you can request ATIP/GCMS notes to see details about the application, it takes approx. 30 to 45 days to receive those.

You can give it from home as long as you have a laptop with a webcam. I think iPad is also supported.

For most of my friends I have seen that for citizenship application for a family generally test invites are sent together for husband and wife but in my case my wife has received the invite but it is 4 week now I have not received. Wanted to check if it is normal or I should check with IRCC
