hey my visa office was Vancouver IRCC but my case got transferred to Edmonton IRCC but i guess it got sent back to Vancouver IRCC ad I received my portal email from that office. And this is my timeline.

AOR march 30.Medical pass april 19. Ghost update 27 September , ADR changed from not applicable to we are reviewing on October6. And portal email today october 12.
