Do you have a job offer or friends and family in Manitoba or Saskatchewan? If not your score will be too low. Ontario draws are in the 440+ range. BC - job, AIPP - job, RNIP - job, Manitoba - job of family/friend.

What is your NOC?
NOC 2281. I don't have relatives or friends in Manitoba or Saskatchewan.

I appreciate you. Thank you so much
Hello again, I have another concern, if in case I will not receive an invitation to apply after a couple of months. I will take the International Student pathway for 2 years, will this affect my application considering I open an EE visa? Thank you

No. You need a strong profile for a study permit too.

Thank you. That's my concern because they might wonder why I apply for a student visa when I already have my EE visa pending. So as long as it will not affect my application, I will try first EE visa and Alberta PNP If not, I will take the student pathway.

There is no such thing as Express Entry Visa. You make an Express Entry Profile, which is not even near to have a PR until you get at least an invitation.
You can apply to a student visa with an active EE profile.

You won't get an invitation with 337, and I don't know about a PNP option that suits you.
I think your best shot is the study path. You should get a new IELTS with improved scores eventually so you can apply to CEC after you complete your studies and one year of work experience in Canada.

Sorry, I meant, Express Entry Profile not visa :) Yes, my score drops significantly when I got my ECA result as Canadian equivalency: Secondary school diploma and diploma (two years) only. Now, I am at 321 which is extremely low. With my profile score right now and holding only a 2 years diploma (related to IT), I am planning to take another two-year Post-Diploma (Graduate Diploma - Information Technologies ) which is related to my work experience in the IT industry for 11 years now. I am eyeing the school somewhere in BC. What do you think?

Sounds like a great plan.
First of all, I think that you should calculate your CRS scores thinking about how your situation will be in the next few years.
For example, let's say that in three years you will have completed your diploma and have one year of Canadian work experience. But, you will be older, you will have 34 years. So change that in the CRS tool. And see if your scores are more than 470+.
After that, you should also check the BC PNP requirements, I think that for tech people they only ask you to have a valid job offer, so you may be able to get a BC invitation.

Always have in mind that you have to improve your IELTS scores... If you are going to take the study path, you will have time, you should be improving your English skills while studying in Canada. You may even learn some French also.

Thank you. I agree that I need to move fast. I am running out of time. I am 31 now and will be turning 32 next September. I already calculated my score. 34 years old and if I have a job offer my score will be at 484 with my 2-year diploma by then.

The two-year Post-Diploma (Graduate Diploma - Information Technologies ) has a Post-Graduation Work Permit for 2 years which allows me to work full time after I finish the 2-year course for 2 years.
