Hi guys, I have receiced a request letter for IMM 5669 (Background Declaration form). Has anyone been asked to fill out this form, too? Is it a normal sign?

I got the same request and submitted it. They asked me to ensure Section 6 especially and other details as usual.

Hahaha, we are in the same boat. I am filling the form now, but a little afraid I make any mistakes. When I logged in my account this morning, I found another GU. It seems that they are truly processing my application, so I will submit it tommorow and hope I can get the Portal soon.
By the way, what does 'Section 6 especially' mean?

Soo my application (AoR Aug 14) was cancelled. That's the update you want to see!

They claim one of my degrees (from within Canada) "couldn't be verified", which is extremely odd since the proof was definitely attached. I spoke to my consultant about this, and they agree that this is absolutely wild. I'll submit my profile again, and we've agreed to submit way more info than is needed, just so we can hammer home the point and make it very clear that this requirement is fulfilled.

So I guess (hope?) you'll see me over in some other month's AoR thread soon...

Oh sad to hear that. Which document did you attach? And can I ask, are your file refused after medical pass or before that? I mean did you refuse for incompleteness or eligibility?
