Another year has gone by. Once again you are disheartened. You work hard. Have been in Canada for a while. Pay into the tax base. Yet you are not rewarded a chance to sponsor your parents and/or grandparents. Yes, not everyone can be sponsored - but the lottery system is RIDICULOUS.
If you are frustrated with the PGP lottery too let's do something about this. I am starting a petition thats calls for a few specific changes:
Individually we might not be able to make massive changes but collectively we can be a force which can get IRCC to amend the silly lottery and make it merit based system.

- Prioritize people who have been here longer over those who have recently immigrated.
- Prioritize those who have already had multiple attempts.
- Added preference should be given those who contribute most to the tax base.
