so i need a strong case? I landed on 1 september 2021 and i will be in RO on 22 July 2023. My landing date was 06 september 2018.

A strong case for what? You're already in Canada. Were you reported? If not, just wait until you're in compliance.

If you're in compliance, no issue with that either. (Note as not a big buffer of days you need to remain in compliance of course)
