Information regarding the issuance of valid spouse open work permit

Hi everyone
My application for open Spouse work permit was approved on 16th February 2021 but didn’t travel to Canada till now ie I haven’t been issued my work permit till now.
In the meantime my spouse has been issued Permanent residency of Canada and his status has changed from worker to Permanent resident.
Now if I travel to Canada for the first time with valid work visa stamp on my passport, will I be allowed to enter Canada and will I be issued the work permit on arrival to Canada(as the status of my husband has been changed to PR from work permit) for my earlier approved application.
Really need the answer to my queries

Since the time you got that Visa, you would have been given SOWP permit if you had travelled to Canada so if the Visa has not expired, I guess you can still go to get your Permit.

My husband’s work permit was valid upto 7th January 2022 and same it was stamped on my visa but my husband’s status has been changed he is no more on work permit basis will I still be issued SOWP on arrival to Canada border ??

I have contacted many of the consultants near my place and even have phonic conversation with them in Canada but everyone has different opinions and versions regarding this matter some say that u will be issued SOWP irrespective of your husband’s change in status from work permit to PR and others have different one that says since your husband is no more on work permit so your permit got invalid the time his work permit had got canceled and status had changed to PR over there in Canada in May 2021. If you could have boarded and issued SOWP before his status has changed the situation could have stood in your favour. So I am unable to reach at any concrete solution for my problem.I am really not getting one solution to this query.
