Did you apply with updated financial documents during second time?

Didn't have access to all accounts online so whichever one I could get an updated statement, I downloaded the latest copy and for others I used the ones I had used in the first application. Since the time between first and second application was just over a month, I didn't bother too much of making sure all statements were latest.

Please help me as am really confused, should I submit webform to inform my current situation and exemption for covid19 or reapply.
Why you decided to reapply

Chose to reapply because the first application hadn't started processing. The rules had changed so close to when I applied that to me it made sense that I reapply on the new portal and withdraw the first application.
Didn't bother submitting the general webform or crisis webform to let them know that we had received both our doses and are eligible to travel now since had already decided to reapply.

Yes, uploaded it in the optional document section. Added the following documents in one PDF.
1. Cover letter - Purpose of travel, who all is traveling, tentative traveling dates, exempt because fully vaccinated, list of assets and balance in each account
2. Vaccine certificate
3. Income tax return for 3 years
4. Bank statement for 12 months
5. Employer letter
6. Pay stubs for 6 months

Got PPR for TRV (Tourism/non essential) today. Applied for a family of 4 from India. First applied through GCKey and then reapplied through the IRCC portal. All 4 travelers are fully vaccinated. Have never applied for any Canadian Visa though all 4 have a valid US visa and travel history.

PPR was a pleasant surprise since I was under the impression they are not really processing tourist applications. Hope everyone who’s been waiting for so long get decisions on their files soon.

Hey Congratulations, can I know what you have mentioned in purpose of visit ? Have you provided any kind of itinerary for your travel ?

Did not provide any itinerary other than just answering the questions asked when filling the application on the new portal.
Selected "To visit Canada as a Tourist" for the purpose from the 12-15 different options they have when filling out the application. Mentioned the total number of days we are planning, the cities we would visit and tentative travel dates. Did not attach any bookings for flights, hotels or sight seeings.

Hey there. Did you do your biometrics twice?

No did them once but received Biometrics request for both the applications (GCKey and Portal). At the time of Biometrics used the request letter received from the portal.

I’m about to submit application for Visitors visa for my spouse to reunite with me in Canada .. should I indicate that a PR file haas been submitted in the letter of invitation .?

I had the exact same scenario , i submitted visitor application for her on 13 sep 2021, that she will come see me in December 2021.
She is currently an international student in uk and will leave Canada in jan 2022 to complete last semester of university. I didn’t mention anything about our PR under process.
I thought mostly workers in Canada apply for PR so why should I mention it. Whenever we get PR its another thing but right now the purpose and my current status is clear.” I am a worker and she want to see visit me in Canada”.

Neither. Just mentioned our tentative travel dates for Jan 2022 and that we are visiting for tourism.
